@leny Brito you have to make and complaint and dispute it and cite the statute that clearly states a pending i485 is exempt under #7. I recently received an email with a formally apology from that Port and confirmation they are issuing a refund that can take 2-4 weeks. I made a post about this and added more details about the email update
