what is your last update? you should call uscis to ask them if any officer is looking your case

my pd was july 2020. philippines. no movement at all. may 2020 the september VB.

@rach campos the Visa Bulletin is at May 2020, only 2 months away. Don’t lose hope; we will probably see movement on the Philippines chart in September (Visa Bulletin for October).

mine sept 2020, they keep telling me no no visa number available

@mono . sad to hear that. thats why i cant call the uscis because no visa is available right now. maybe they will not issue another in year 2025

talk with your lawyer. i think you can sue USCIS now
