Has anyone had an expedited VAWA-based I-485 case? How long after your interview did you receive a decision?
My expedite request was approved, and I had my I-485 interview on July 2026. It has now been about two months, but I have not received a decision, RFE, or NOID. My congressional representative also contacted USCIS on August 28.
If you had a similar expedited case, how long did it take to receive a decision after the interview?
