I’m sorry. I totally get it. perhaps they transferred your case to a field office. have you asked Emma what the “action” was? @Mannyflow13 Ferreira

@w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸 I spoke to a live agent and I explained what happened and he told me that he didn't find anything different in my case and that he didn't find anything regarding those messages they sent me either.

We are in the same position. I did interview two weeks ago on July 9 after interview immigration didn’t told me anything on July 10. I got email. We have taken action on your case when I login my account I saw my case is being reviewed. I don’t know how long they will take.
