hello blessed folks. Today I received my work permit based on c31 category for my aproved vawa.
How many more years now till they DECIDE TO TRANSFER MY CASE TILL THE WHOLE PROCESS SO I CAN FINALY HAVE SOME PEACE OF MIND FOR THE NEXT 3 YEARS FOR CITIZENSHIP????? ANYONE HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE CAN TELL ME HOW LONG DID IT TAKE FOR THEM TO TRANSFER YOUR CASE AFTER VAWA APROVAL? MY CASE WAS SENT ALL TOGETHER BECAUSE MY EX HUSBAND IS A CITIZEN.

@Alan Menezes i waited morr than 5 years for decision about vawa and month after vawa approval they sent me RFE. I responded to RFE in April and I found out that my case is in FO

my case was transferred within a month of Vawa approval to FO (they never notified me) but rfe for medical was sent only after an year

@Alan Menezes no body know how long it take to transfer and get green card on hand after vawa approval only god knows! I sent medical RFE after Vawa like 2 months no still waiting!
for citizenship with my due respect worry about when it comes now focus on green card ant 3 years not 5
