you can go to the USCIS website and make a request inquiry, there’s an option you do for no receiving your document via mail, if you can confirm your address in the request I’ll be better for you, because now is impossible to call them

of course you need to explain the reasons you didn’t receive you GC

yeah I did the request already it said to expect a reply by July 1st smh

did you have an online account? go to uscis.gov and punch in your receipt so you can access your tracking number and once you have that information call the post office for updates... because if the post office hasn't returned the mail they can redeliver

already called post office nobody ever answers the phone it just rings and rings all day long

don’t worry there’s always answers for this type of cases, just do what you have to do, do the request, go online and create an account, use all the tools you have available, but stay calm maybe is a mistake from the mail guy

No, case status is showing card was returned to USCIS, my lawyer said just ignore it. Sometimes the system makes mistakes

Okay! But before that status.. what were saying?

Before was saying card is being returned to USCIS by post office because incomplete address, but that's not true it's just nobody at the lawyer office and the mail lady didn't delivery on Saturday and then she just made a joke for the tracking information saying being returned to sender, but actually she just redelivered today.. So she ruins my weekend.. Anyway i finally got it today

mine saying: document was mailed to me since Feb 7 2022 This is so frustrating 😓 I already renewed my combo card and it came without travel permission.. This drives me crazy!
