Green Card received
Hi, guys.
Finally, I got a green card today. Thank you so much for supporting !!!
Since I did biometric in September, my case has changed” actively reviewed by USCIS” for 6months. so I was frustrated it and downloaded this app to hear from fellow applicants .!
Lawfully system really worked well. This app notified my case status one day before the USCIS notified me.
Here is my case summary
marriage based/ FO Newrark, NJ
PD: June 16th.2021
EAD& AP: Feb 17th.
I planned to trip to my country on April 9th with AP but the interview was scheduled on April 21st. so I actually couldn’t use AP.
interview date. 4/21
-interviewer was very friendly and nice
- the interviewer didn’t ask anything to my spouse only me
- my name /DOB/address
- I informed typo mistake on my file ( he fixed it right away)
-where did you meet my spouse
-when did you decide to marry
-5 yes or no questions
-gave copies of lease agreement/joint bank statement/ joint card statement( I authorized my spouse on my card) /costco membership/ investment account benefiary
-interviewer didn’t ask to see pics
* I filed marriage but separately tax
( if reason should be okay, there is no problem)

congratulations did you get the 485 and 130 approved same day? I got 485 new card being produced and 130 interview complete and must be reviewed is that normal?

@a b yes. I -130then few hours later I-485 approved on Same day.! you don’t have to worry about it because I-485 card is produced. It means your case is approved.!

@a b : your interviewer needs time to review then will change soon .!
in my case, my spouse’ name is on my I-485 approval letter so I was so upset and frustrated and I don’t want to wait until my card is arrived so I asked live agent to request inquiry and received the response that’s an error. if you want, request service inquiry thru Emma chat. it works.
