did you bring your medical exams to the interview? i wonder why it take too long to approve

My lawyer sent everything including Medical so i just gave some extra documents that I had on day of iv like care loan, health insurance, life insurance

@ ITCHY PUSS sent initially around 35 and also I broought the album with the pictures on iv around 60 but officer only took 5 pictures the new ones …. I had the pictures from different places and hotels bill as a proof too … and different occasions

@ dac ja the officer said will get respond within 120 days she needs to say but is not going to take that long

@ Ivonne vizcaini i have been in Usa on different kind visa F1, J1, H1 b waiver maybe because if that not sure

@ Ivonne vizcaino they need to review all those documents … even during the interview she was asking more ws about previous immigration papers because it was ao many then marrage qs

@maja m same happened to me, she asked a lot about my first work visa

@ ivomne viscaino i think it is easisest for them to approve someone who was on 1 visa. then being on many chnaging status so many times …. I also had H1 B extension . Thank God cant wait to see the card in my hand … Hopefully you will get soon i think within 60 days is reasnonable time to get
