congrats! how long did it take to receive the actual card after the I-485 status changed to “approved”?

Thank you! took me exactly one week after New Card being produced to Gc in hand. The status changed to case approved 2 days after so 3 days after that message.

@EB1 did you get updates when your card was mailed or did your status just stay at “case was approved” and then you received in the mail ?

after new card produced it was -> case was approved -> card was mailed -> card was picked up by usps -> card was delivered @CB

when did you submit the medical exam?

crazy. I’ve been waiting 520 days since filing!

Thanks @Altar. My case went directly to NBC. i didn’t file concurrently. Filed I140 with PP at Nebraska and I485 went directly to NBC. from NBC it transferred to non local FO New Orleans where it was adjudicated within a week.
