@R R my spouse was a PR, he only became a citizen in 2020. we filed I-130 in 2018, got it approved 2019. filed I-485 2020 and got it approved 2021.

congratulations may I ask you how long it took you from card being produced status till you received the card? my status was finally updated yesterday after a very long journey!

@sherry October 21- card is being produced, October 22- case approved, October 25- card was mailed, October 26- card was picked up by Usps, October 28- card was delivered

What I have seen is that if a spouse is a PR holder. One need to wait till Citizen arrived if not the wait time will be mad.

@Fe, I couldn’t adjust with him as LPR and me illegally present from overstay. if I was legally present, in f1 or any other condition, I could have filed I-485 as F2a category and not wait long
