how does this motion work? did you have an individual hearing?

i did but I got married in the process so didn’t go my master hearing .

how long it took since you applied the motion till you get the removal dismissed? you can call uscis and ask them for info pass appointment, then uscis officer will call u within 30 days of your call to setup a date for u to pass them the judge letter and that’s it

did you file 130, 485 at same time? or you have to wait to get 130 approved before filing 485.

@Sharan well lawyer filed i130 first and they was waiting for approval which wa taken long so they later submitted my i485 and I ended up going to interview before my I 130 was approve that was after 3 months of interviews

no they submitted i130 before they submitted i485 . we got an interview for the i130 and it was approved after 3 months . but depends on everyone and their cases

I’ll say less cos the date that it was granted was the same week we submitted but my lawyer got the letter later when she followed up
