May 26th, 2011 was the priority date. We did eb2 to eb3 downgrade on October 30th, 2020. We Interfiled for medical on August 30th, 2021. That got accepted because we never got medical RFE. However, we didn't do inter filing from eb3 to eb2. Our priority date never got retrogressed once it became current in June 2021.
