@ Prabh rapjpoot I was in removal too but am not doing my adjustment in front of the judge am doing mine with USCIS Bc a ask the judge to terminate my removal and she did

hey mike becoz my asylum denies in office then reeffer to eoir so they put in removal proceeding

mike year when your judge approv relief then you go to uscisc for green. card info pass

take relief paper go to uscis take info pass appointments normally wait time is 20 days

yes i go with my patner in court and fo no second interview just 130 interview then individual hearing thats it

@prabh I have similar case! judge approved on December 7th but my adjustment of status (i485) application not changed… what next??

Had my I-130 interview and approved next day. Took me 15 minutes. Now waiting for termination asylum.
