Did you receive a decision from USCIS, in which case the app doesn't track your ranking anymore since the ranking is only calculated for the cases waiting for a decision.

Did you just start using the pro version? If yes, I guess as soon as you started Pro, the app found that your current status is at Decision and said it's Done.
