Medicals were filed with 485. I did not request any expedites, nor did I ever contact USCIS for updates.

@ Sam A congrats. Are you currently on FI or FI OPT? Also, can you please explain how you went about your concurrent filling. I believe you first filed I140 then you now filed 1485, 765, 131 and the Medicals. Again, please educate us more on this. Many congratulations bro!

Filing was not concurrent. Visa during time of filing was F1-OPT with H1B cap gap status. I never received any notification about if the case was transferred to the FO.
