@manyo123 manyo Congratulations ❤️, May I ask how you found out that your case is at the Jacksonville Field Office? As far as I know, all cases are handled by the National Benefits Center (NBC).

after biometric reuse did you also get in process status in this app?

it was NBC and transferred. i found out by asking an live agent on emma

no . i did not submit medicals with original at that time before things changed. i got Rfe for them
