from out of normal to writhin normal processing
Hello everyone, sometime ago my case status was out of normal processing so I applied for e-service request and my status has changed to within normal processing. Is this a good sign? 😊

hiw is it a good sign? this is normal for processing as it keeps updating on average cases completed. I have been through the same scenario couple of times and every time it updates the processing time it ipdates same .
