not easy at all. been with my spouse for 5 years now i was 16 lol. Once I turned of age was when I was able to finally start the process of bringing him here. they told me only a couple months as well. its not that short unfortunately.

it’s frustrating bc they think we some rich people who can be traveling back and forth every month or so to see our partners. like that’s not the case for most. USCIS pls understand danggg

5 months if your lucky or expedite. It took us 11 months just to be approved.

same here, and my husband and I are trying to concieve (he has medical problems so we need to do it asap or would be unable to do it naturally) I tried to expedite but it was denied. it’s been almost 9 months and no answer 😭

The saddest part is that you can only expedite when it’s life or death situation or humanitarian reason when things are out of hand. Even visiting your spouse too is not guaranteed. What kind of punishment is this😂

i filed august of 2021. got DQ on aug 5th. still waiting on a interview date 🤦🏻‍♀️. god very much tests our patience during this long process.
