Fingerprints Re-Used
Case went from Case Remains Pending (CRP) to Fingerprints Were Taken. I had my interview about a year ago and submitted all required documents, including my medical exam. My case is currently at the New York Field Office, and about a week ago I received the fingerprint update. Has anyone else experienced a similar situation? If so, what was the next step in your case, and how long did it take to get any update. Thank you.

@frost bite I’ve seen patterns like that so I predict that way. There’s a lot of post on Reddit recently about approval cases that have the same patterns. And also other cases are getting approved I-485 after 24hrs later of their Sup J approval specifically. So keep your eyes on those signs.

same. Fingerprint reused. then i received RFE medical. then approved

@EB3-Unskilled Veretan How long after the fingerprints re-used, you get RFE & approval? Would you be able to mention the FO as well.

reprint re-apply around 4/2025, then rfe 11/2025, then approved while cancelling the interview 3/2026.

@djang n Case changed from CRP to Fingerprints were taken, later emma agent told me my fingerprints were re-used for background.
