Hi @Jay Pits that’s great, congratulations! I recently filed for NIW. By the way, what was PD for I140 and how long after you got the approval? was yours based on Advanced Degree?

yes it was based on advanced degree. pd for I140 was Dec 7 2022. my I-140 took 3 months. also thanks @Kun A
