after uscis approval on August 23, welcome letter was not coming ,I had to contact my congress man who help me here in usa to contact uscis to checks where my case was,then it was then we noticed it was at nvc.Congress man wrote and email to nvc and they gave us the case number.2 days after getting congress email ,nvc emailed me the welcome letter.three days after it was in transit .now 10/25/22 at embassy

we have to try and seek help or use the inquiry to check .if you don’t your case will be resting somewhere just like that

zk no I did not .congress man did after I talked with them

@Cecil Ngesa, thank you for sharing the timeline. we filed our case September 22, 2021 and yet no response. 400 days till now and no clue when we can get e response

you will get approved soon il .by November first week check on case status and see the wait period changed to 14 months
