@chichi Ada, what was your RFE for? and how long did you recieve the letter for RFE, it’s been two weeks they sent RFE, I haven’t gotten it, so frustrating

@Vee k it was for medical she gave it to me by hand right after the interview in the office she told me that she wasn’t gonna approve my AOS cause my medical documents were expired .I couldn’t believe it . I have waited so long for this . l thank God for that though cause I would have been waiting for it in the mail . For how long ??? Another 6 months !! Smh …

@alex you will need you tax return for 2021 brith certificate, proof of employment , marriage certificate or Devorce and ur medical report

no just to let you know that is ur first interview should in case you were not approved and you are called for second interview it will be labeled second interview

@Dhaval I got RFE to bring my medicals report to the interview on the 14th February the interview time was 10:45am . I went with my lawyer the officer did the oath and ask me to seat. we went through the I 485 application forms to make sure everything was fine. after he took my medicals and went through and ask me to sign some documents. after that he told me I will go ahead and approve your case and said he get my card in some few days . he did not ask any thing regarding my vawa case. as soon as left the office I saw an alert saying ur interview was completed and it’s in review. after next 10 minutes I say another alert that case was approved. it took a day to say card is been mailed to me, and in 8 days I got my card in my hand I got 10 years green card

hello Guy’s: anyone can answer or suggest on my query would be helpful. as i told my GC interview is on march 8, i am in dilemma as to go or not. the reason is my fiancé is back in Dubai and if i get GC, i have to go consular processing which is taking years of time. i am on H1 and as my i-360 is approved am thinking to marry and call her on h4 then file new i485. is this correct or can be done ? please

@alex Alex, it’s better you go for interview. or better still talk to your lawyer for advise
