@Rafay Shah first I submitted online , then I try to making the request via mail , after that I call USCIS two time , from update until now maybe around 11month

@SORACHNA Eam That means they don't listen and just do whatever they want, which is why it took so long from Dec 25, and now Dec 26 is almost here.
