@Abhi k - congratulations 🎉🎉 Was there any effort from your side to get the medical RFE? Was your case with the national benefits center or was it transferred to the field office? Was your series MSC, SRC, LIN, or IOE?

@Eb1_ 22 Cards are not mailed yet.. My case wasat NBC, but they moved to it to San Bernardino FO

@AJ V No effort from my side. Once Fragomen tried to raise service enquiry but it was rejected. My case was at NBC, but later moved to San Bernardino FO. My series starts with MSC.

@Abhi k my case is similar with PD sept 2022. My case recently moved to San Bernardino but no movement since then, can you tell me after how much time you received medical RFE after it moved to local office??

@Abhi k I'm not sure when it got moved to San Bernardino Office. I got the status change on May 7..

@Abhi k On case status my case is CRP only, Live agents mentioned it got transferred to San bernardino last week, there real time updates are so late, its causing more anxiety! also, were your previous medical expired?? or this was first request for medical??

@GCW hp Yes my medicals were expired. Intially i submitted them along with my I 485. I got the RFE since my medicals were expired. Fortunately i re did my medicals when the dates moved in December and we just sent them.

@abhi K one last question, how did you get to know that your case is in San Bernardino, was there an update on case status portal??

@GCW hp I got RFE form San Bernardino FO and they asked me to mail the documents to San Bernardino FO

@H M i didnt recive the green card yet. But i received approval notices. I dont see any instructions regarding returning EAD

@Abhi k Did you get single RFE notice for you and your dependent or everyone got seperate notice?? I haven’t received any RFE but my dependent did despite and I have not received the notice yet!!

@GCW hp I got separate RFEs for dependents as well.

did u had lawyer? and did u recieve card at your house or lawyer house? Do u get approval letter on mail too? i check on ucsis online portal . it uploaded approval letter.
