@ IW was routed to FL for my file to be reviewed and decision made even though I lived in NC. I submitted both medical and I485 together but they issued rfe for medical again so I resent it without doing any new tests. I also sent documents for covid vaccinations and flu shot since it's winter.

Thanks JP. For i140 I submitted my application on 23 March 2020 and was approved 15th June 2021.

@IW All comes in one package. The vaccinations record and examination. He knows what to do. But pls stress and ensure that they use the current form and sign. The civil surgeon has to also sign. Also send all vaccinations record u have and especially covid card. Ensure that it has been seal and stamped across or something similar. You can send it with the I485 or wait for rfe from uscis

Realler Boat Thanks. You mentioned to send all vaccination records along with the form in a sealed envelope. I thought only civil surgeon needs to see my records and once he signs the form then I don’t need to send my vaccination records to uscis along with the sealed I693 form. No? I received a medical rfe and am waiting for the results from my civil surgeon.

He should make copies of all records and add to the signed forms.

Thanks! My case is with NBC. They sent a pink letter asking for medical to make a ‘final decision’ on the case. I have heard the rfe language shouldn’t be read much but does this mean my interview could be waived? My file hasn’t been transferred to FO yet. Eb2-NIW
