@Mayra Coria and Lolka Petrov I don't understand how there is no backlog , my husband is a US Citizen and we are still waiting almost 11 months for i-130 to be approved.

@sky Blue i'm and US Citizen and my husband is in Mexico we just got approved on friday PD 8/23/21 Actively review 2/21/22 approved 6/24/22 it was at potomac then they told me texas and when i got the approved letter it said Nebraska. So i don't know if that help because Nebraska is 6month waiting

my husband and I are currently based in Australia so that’s why no i485 and we have to wait for the NVC to provide an interview now

thanks. my spouse is US citizen. it took almost 11 months. I think there’s a lot going on in the background. everyone’s immigration record is different so can’t say for sure.
