Congratulations…. Can you plz tell were you a single filer or had derivative as well? I’m waiting since March and I have a derivative as well. Case is still sitting at NBC

Thanks @SS KL. I was filing with derivatives of 4. I doubt your case is still at NBC. Reach out to USCIS through Emma, request to chat with a live agent. Then ask the agent to please let you know the status of your application. the agent will let you know if your case has been transferred to a FO and if interview has been waived for you or not. Don’t be discouraged, they are really approving people, hopefully yours is one of those they attend to very soon. All the best. Cheers.

@Theo Philus thanks for giving me hope dear. I checked with Emma live agent this week as well both for me and my derivative. Both agents said case is located at NBC, interview waived for now and nothing outstanding or missing. we required nothing from you and if we need will send you a notice. Application is pending and no decision has made yet.

@K A, hi. I did not. do you know if your file has been transferred to any field office for assessment? You can use the Emma live agent, that can give an indication of whether your file is moving or not. All the best
