@Natalie DON’T LOSE HOPE!! I contacted my congressman after a while of not hearing anything and being outside of processing times. This process is a nightmare and has definitely affected my mental and coping capabilities but.. hold on.. your time is coming!

I honestly think because I started making a fuss they wanted to get me over with. Once I knew I was out of processing time and I hadn’t heard a word regarding my case, I started inquiring and escalating, not giving up. Just yesterday I submitted an expedite request after my RFE was received and was denied within hours. Then today I’m APPROVED. They were ready to see me go because I wasn’t letting up.

THANK YOU TO ALL WHO ARE CONGRATULATING ME 🥰🥰I AM deeply humbled and wish all of you that are waiting to start putting your lives back together, a speedy approval. Don’t just sit back and say nothing…SAY SOMETHING!! Go get what you so deserve!!

Tracy, I hope one day I can be excited as you. I hope one day this process for me and my husband can be over. I have not seen my husband for over a year and it's getting really frustrating, sad, irrating, and it's not good for the relationship. Reading your posts and knowing you have finally made it was so exciting for me to read. I have really been sad and lonely and getting a little depressed about the long processing timeframe. I hope one day to be able to have the excitement and enjoyment that you have had knowing that horrible process time is over. Congratulations....

@Tamika Your time is coming. Trust and Believe. We are in the same boat. Married for 17 months now and haven’t seen him in 16 months. We still have a ways to go but it shouldn’t be another year. Try to think of it this way.. you’re more closer to approval than just beginning.. Best wishes😘

AND FYI.. this ranking thing is not very accurate. I’m still showing 11th out of 29 waiting for approval.. it may be really accurate for some but that’s my story..

@Black first was July 1,, 2021 after I filed online and today, 1 week after RFE Received.

@Tracey_M at the bottom of the approval notice check to see if is same service center that the case was sent to. My wife's case was sent to the Potomac service center and when I got the approval notice, at the bottom it says Nebraska service center and I didn't get any email or notification that the case was transferred.

@Trevoy case was received in Texas but I knew back in July 2021 my case was transferred to CSC and that’s where it remained untouched until I started making a stink! They don’t tell you when it gets transferred.. I’ve learned so much along this journey about this broken system we call immigration. I had to fight for my approval. I think I was getting on their nerves lol

@V M Exactly! I’ve cried blood sweat and tears and pulled a couple teeth in the process! At least for now I’m done with them until it’s time to remove conditions.. Thank you!

congratulations! my PD is 08/31/21 at California. I have seen a lot of august filers getting approved as well right now. im hoping I get my approval by mid next month. im ready to move to the next stage in this process

@Corine I think YES!! I haven’t touched my husband since March 2, 2021 married 2/12/21 so I’m itching to be back with him. There are nights you will cry yourself to sleep. I even busted out crying before in front of my clients, but they were understanding. It causes serious mental anguish that you have to try to control and not allow it to consume you. Hang in there🙏🏽

@Tracey, you are hitting the nail on the head. Even as a man, I feel exactly that way. I wish I could be traveling every time to see her, but flight tickets, and my employer wouldn’t grant me vacation time every time. But I hope it’ll end soon. 😫😫😫

@Andy I’ve only seen my husband once in person. We’ve been in a relationship for over 4 years and married for 17 months. I can’t stand how this system plays with peoples lives this way. Have a drink or something.. try to calm your nerves. Crying helped me believe or not because I was able to are least release and express it outward and not hold it all inside.

yea I’m doing my best. I’ve been through a lot in the last year. my grandpa passed away last March. I got married last July. then in October my brother was killed tragically and this past February my grandma who helped raise me with my parents passed. so I am trying to do the best I can emotionally

Tracy, all my God everything you are saying I am going through RIGHT NOW. I'm getting sad, depressed, and really feeling so MANY EMOTIONS. I'm VERY ANGRY about the immigration system. I feel the immigration system is bull shit. I feel the immigration system is destroying relationships. I tried to apply for the Expedite Process; I applied on Monday Morning and in 3 days they denied my husband and I without asking for the 15 pages of medical documentation paperwork I got from my doctors. I don't have good health and it would be nice to have my husband around for support. My emotions are all over the place. My sadness and anger I feel is getting the best of me. I feel like busting my teeth out but that won't accomplish anything. My finances are not great at all due to covid and I'm also on disability. I feel power less about my situation and cannot change the immigration. I feel like my husband and I....our lives are on hold and cannot move forward in our marriage. I have not touched my husband since last year. I am a honest woman and faithful to my husband; I miss every part about being in a relationship. This process is creating problems in my marriage because we miss each other dearly. The immigration people don't want to talk to us. I don't want to talk to that stupid machine EMMA. I want to talk to a real live customer service agent. I can go see my husband but my medical problems are not good. My doctors are telling me NOT to fly back to Morocco. The last time i went to Morocco when I got back from Morocco I spent 45 days in the hospital. But overall I'm so happy for you. I am happy to hear a good story from you. I know you and your husband will just get on with you
