hey Laura congratulations. i wonder where your interview is waived? is it at NBC or atlanta FO? I’m an Atlanta March 2022 filer.

I sent my medical when I received RFE. and bon fide when I submitted my case

I will say it was waived at NBC because I sent my RFE there.

@ Laura P congratulations. My filing date is July, 2021. We received RFE for medical but they stated we should not do send it in the letter. So we are just waiting for a notice for an interview so we can do the medical . My marriage is 2 yrs plus.

My interview was waived but I haven’t received my GC yet. I just got an notification that my I-485 was approved.

@laura did uscis shipped ur card yet.

Before this happened, did you contact uscis and ask if your interview was waived? I actually contacted them and they said my interview was waived but I doubt that

I did contact USCIS and they told me that my interview wasn’t waved. I think, they don’t know for sure what it’s going on with everyone’s case. Did you get your I-130 approved yet?

these people don’t know what’s going on now I know that. couple of weeks ago they told me interview is waived later again interview is not waived and the other said interview waived. one said she couldn’t even find my case in the system and now I know it’s a waste of time calling these people

@ Laura P. do you have joint sponsor? did you have to submit any rfe on joint sponsor most recent tax or document?

No @Lilac r I didn’t need a joint sponsor. the only RFE I received was for my medicals.
