me to mandamus lawsuit 7000 baks 😪 3 years waiting for my case 5 times we try inquiry and 3 times senator 1 times tier2 and 3 times e request and more time we call uscis and 1times FOIA 1 times congresman we try alll husband is citizen before nebraska after vermont 5monts before background check 3 months before security check and I don't know mandamus expensive 5000 7000 😓😥

@Nigora Babaeva . This is us too. we have tried congressman twice, tier2 twice, 5 inquiries and multiple calls. This was a big decision for us but we had too.

I filled Wri-Mandamus with just 400$, Pro-Se. the process is very easy, I got all the information from Reddit and followed all the steps. 3 weeks after I got a response from USCIS.

If you want to file mandamus, as my friend did with his delayed case, get help with it. Search youtube for "writ of mandamus pro se" he got help from mandamus pro se @Nigora Babaeva

@w moo my husband insisted we used the Lawyer and we did but hoping to hear something soon. It's been 2 weeks

@a n Yes it was a NOID regarding my previous marriage 8 years ago . They said I didn’t show up for my second interview but I didn’t know there was a second interview because my lawyer was suppose to withdraw that case
