Apologies that this is just comments on my case and not detail on your situation. My case is now 2 months on review after AOS interview. Now it is clear to me that the reason I am in limbo is because these people are not trying to help us but hiding behind number of days and other unrelated departmental separations. All I can say is first of all don’t give up. Second try and work out what the approver needs. You need to do this because they just sit on their butt and hide behind others. Keep at it.

@ OZ traveler so what is your advise ? l tried but all they say is ,they are reviewing my case

bologna, in my case I received the same reply even after escalating in the USCIS. i managed to contact a person after many calls to NVC that told me my I130 had not been transferred from the Embasy. I now have an escalation with the Embasy. so my advice is do not trust the boiler plate replies and people just reading statuses saying wait. my case is still not moving but I found where the process broke in my situation.

OZ was your case already approved by USCIS before you escale it with NVC or the Embassy. I am asking as our case is still pending at USCIS since November 2019. I am getting the same type of response. thanks

mine is same , it stucks at USClS stage ,l guess problem is the offficer who is looking at my case but nothing to do , l will write senator , ombudsman

I already wrote to Senators and Congresman. it did not help at all. I hope you will find better luck with your case

mine is California service center they transfer my case vermot service center and July 2021 my case is approved,now I am waiting for my spouse interview

l hope too and l will try also expedite it while l lost my job , my concern is l am the beneficiary not applicant , when dıd you write to senators ?

it is all about luck , it seems so , 22 months waiting and we dont know when they will approve

yes I submitted for all documents for NVC 15 September 2021 now waiting for welcome letter

Helen, yes my I130 was approved before the transfer to the Embassy. Two letters, multiple emails and calls and it’s still stuck there and not transferred back to NVC as requested. Excuse received for the longest delay was a system upgrade. of course during that timeframe I was told I was within the normal processing time and to wait.

OZ so do you recommend to keep calling,writing to USCIS until we receive the approval? it is very confusing and frustrating this whole process.
