could you please explain how you went about the expedite request? how many times you had to attempt it? did you get a senator’s office to send a letter?

I-485 Adjustment of status is still pending. However, EAD and Advance Parole is approved.

so you did all of these together? is it possible to file them when your spouse isn't in the US? did you have a lawyer?

because my husband is out of the US and I had to apply from here. everyone told me only to file I130 with supporting documents and I130A however I see so many others submit these other things along with their I130 and it seems like they get approved faster. I am a US citizen it has been 11 months

Yes. I concurrently filed all these petitions. And I did engage an attorney for my case.

If the beneficiary is outside the US, you’ll still be able to file petitions but will have to go through the steps for consular processing instead of adjustment of status.
