Expedited Child Case Approved
My husband DQ 6/18/2022. Our child’s case was still pending at USCIS. I thought I requested Expedite on 6/22/2022, only to find out on 7/25/2022 that I had no recorded requests. Called USCIS on 7/25/2022 and requested Expedite under Urgent Humanitarian reasons. Received email notice 7/26 that they were honoring the request to expedited. Received Lawfully notice that Case Approved 7/27/2022. Checked USCIS online case status and it was confirmed! I am grateful 🥰🥰🥰.

congratulations 🎊 what was the urgent humanitarian reason? my husband filed an expedite and they told him they don’t have enough staff to file it, this was 2 weeks ago! wow

@Anyday Now….. “impending displacement threatens the safety and well-being of a minor child”. I suggest you call them again and make another request, but be sure of your type of situation.

@Zakky Zadek we are still waiting “at NVC” for our interview letter. we have hopes that we make this Septembers cut of the IL’s going out. We won’t know for sure until the end of second or third week of the month. September is the end of the fiscal year for immigrations, so not sure that they will process any visas for the IR-1/CR-1 category. Once my husbands process, our sons coming along with him. Let’s remain hopeful🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽👌
