expedite denied ??? or what does it mean?
On 05/12/2022, we received your response to our Request for Evidence (RFE), and processing has resumed on your application or petition.
Although the A-file is still physically located at the National Benefits Center, the NBC does not make expedite determinations for I-485s. The decision to expedite an interview case must come from the field office with jurisdiction over that case.
