It is too early to predict precisely. Many standalone spousal I-130s take many months and sometimes over a year depending on service center and workload. For a U.S. citizen spouse, there is no visa bulletin backlog after approval, but NVC and embassy steps still take time. Check USCIS processing times for your I-130 category and only submit an inquiry when the tool allows it.
