Emma chat live agents
What is the point of paying and having these people if they are not doing their job and being helpful? I have tried several times to chat with live agents through Emma and after they asked for all of my information, they just closed the chat immediately. This is pissing me off so bad since they just wasted my time.

even though you will get response from emma it’s hard to trust their response. you can get different answers each time you ask to emma so it’s not even worth it to ask.
