I chat with live agent this morning and almost at the very end I accidentally got disconnected 🙄 I tried again and a different agent helped me, She said I needed to write a letter to Vermont, I ask if could send via email or fax to make the request faster and she just said no.

So frustrating after waiting over a year 🥺
