EB5 I-526 to I-485 timeline
Hello,
I am new to this community. My timeline for EB5 is as follows:
Country: India
I-131 approved in Oct 2022
I-526 sent to the Dept of State in Aug 2023 (no update since)
I-485 filed concurrently, case remains pending.
Did anyone with a similar timeline receive their I-526 and I-485 yet? Any ideas around expected timeline?

hello, My PD I-526 October 4th 2019, I-526 Apprived nomver 2021. I-485 PD January 2022. approved August 2022. took only 8 month to approved. now waiting for I-829 to get approved PD July 2024. Thamk you!

@Dhruv M my I-526 and 485 were filed concurrently. But seems like you’re about 8 months ahead of me (my I485 is pending May 2023). I was fully expecting my i485 to come this year!
what is your processing center?
in my case I am not sure / bc I had interfiling of eb2 to eb5. And Eb2 is Nebraska, eb5 is California - but now that it’s concurrent I believe my center is Nebraska.
