PD : Oct 2022 Filed: May 2024 Latest status: Case was updated to show biometrics were taken. How much dkes Date of filing matter here?

@reco kara When was your biometric done and whe was the last update? My biometric appointment was on Aug 14th.

as far as I can tell date of filing doesn’t matter and agents are just throwing darts at a big wall of cases to choose which case to process next

Same PD & RD here, was on CRP for more than 90 days and lately went to fingerprints were taken

@this that my biometrics is going backward, it was supposed to be the first thing but it is possibly last thing in my case. I’ve responded to an rfe 110 days ago

I just got an update today 11/26: "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview". EB-3 ROW. PD : Oct 2022. Date of Filing: May 29, 2024. I have combo card already(I-765 and I-130) approved in September 2024. I am dependent/derivative applicant. My spouse already has her I-485 approved and she did not have to interview, it was directly approved. 1. Is an interview for EB-3 dependent normal? Should I be worried? 2. Give I am current, can I expect sooner interview dates? I am located near "Seattle" FO. 3. I am current as of current bulletin. If I get my interview scheduled very late and if I am not current by then, will this affect my timelines for approval ? Thanks in advance!
