EB3 CRP to CARD IS BEING PRODUCED
Hello Guys,just want to share that my CRP status online changed to My Card is Being Produced yesterday. It took 27 days of CRP before they changed it. If your CRP online status statement was changed to like “ we paused working on your case etc” I think this is a good sign that they will update it soon with card is being produced because this statement also appeared to my dependent and got card is being produced same day. I hope this helps.

@Je G my PD was Aug 2019,it took so long because I transferred facility with the same employer, the amendment for change of facility address took one year before we can file the I 485.
Aug 2019- Submitted I 140
October 2019-I 140 approved
April 2021-Filed I485
July 2021-fingerprint
September 2021- I added my husband as dependent for I-485 3 mos after he arrived in the US on H4 visa
Feb 2022- we both got EAD/AP
March 2022-Medical RFE notice
April 2022-submitted Medical
June 2022- RFE again (proof of living together)
August 2022-submitted docs for RFE
October 2022- approval

@R K I think it depends on which country are you from and if you are current its good but I also read few days ago from the posts here that their visa retrogressed. I am not expert. This is just based on what I have read and my experience.

By the way, The other day I checked with the live agent asking when is the progress and what will happen after CRP, I was afraid there might be another RFE. The live agent told me that I got CRP because there was no visa available. I was also told that even if its new fiscal year there is no enough visa for applicants. She also confirmed that my papers is still at NBC. She also said there is no timeframe as to when will be enough visa. I was glad that it was still in NBC and I expect that the approval will be few months from now. But she said that after CRP approval might be possible after the CRP I didn’t expect it to be sooner. I hope this helps too.
