High likelyhood that your application is going to be denied and you may encounter difficulties re-entering the country… if you applied through a consulate that may be different though.

leaving without advance parole approved, can be reason to your I 485 got denied. i would find immigrantion lawyer to seek some help.

the lawyer said there is little chance they may approve my i 485, if that doesn’t happen I will go to consulate with approval notice of I 140. I was just wondering if anyone had similar experience

if you have another visa you should be fine.

I am actually without any visa now, only thing is if they still approve my I 485 I can enter the US, otherwise I should go through consulate in my home country to get visa

the thing is, you will need an i824 to change from AOS to consular and that has an 18 month waitlist plus nvc time plus interview time. it’s going to take a few years

yeah, you either need advance parole or get the visa through consulate to enter the US. if you do that based on my lawyer it won’t affect yout i485 in any way
