@karam jaradat; yes, I got “Case Remains Pending” on September 13 and today I got the “New Card is Being Produced” I think they put it on hold for the “new fiscal year” :)

@A L, RFE was for the medical form. I never knew about my FO, I’m from Gainesville, Florida but they asked me to send my medical RFE to Los Angeles (LA) I’m assuming that for some reason they sent my paperwork to LA

@Elizabeth This is phenomenal!!! Congratulations!! 🎉 🎉 🎉 🥳🥳🥳 Did you originally submit your original documents to Texas only or did you submit different docs to different locations? At what stage did NBC get your docs? Were they transferred to there or something?

@Robby Gzz, yes, they waived my interview. Looks like they waive interviews for EB2-NIW visas.

@Trini Thanj you very much for your kind words. My visa is EB2-NIW, that means It’s a self-petition visa, my employer did not file it for me. I originally submitted my I-140 form to Texas in October and in February I filed my I-485 to Texas but they sent my I-485 to NBC three weeks after I filed it.
