EB1C I-485
Hi Folks!
Anyone waiting for their decision on employment based EB1C I-485 for more than a year? I am a May 2024 concurrent filer, got the I-140 approved in September 2024. No update post that. Everytime I connect with Emma live agent support, they mention it's at NBC and nothing is needed from my end!

almost a year. November 2024, concurrently. I suspect this is also a delaying factor.

@Natasha Alp I see alot of recent Concurrent filers getting approval in 3 months time 😅 so not sure Concurrent filing is the delaying factor!

@L K yeah, I guess it’s more anecdotal than anything… or just the reddit biased talk. I surely hope it is not!
But I do think they work in waves. Because there are some weeks I see many approvals for a specific block, and then it’s radio silence for a while.
