EB1C 140 RFE managerial roles
I got an RFE on my 140 recently, it’s asking for additional evidence that both foreign and U.S. positions are managerial roles.
I was a people manager abroad and now a functional manager after moving to U.S.
Abroad: I provided the evidence that i participated in interview, hire, fire, task deligation, manage budget, give performance feedback. org chart. reports resume
US: org chart. Indirect reports. evidence of interview records, attend board meetings, job descriptions
Can anyone give me some suggestions on what other documents I should provide?

@María Ulloa thanks, for the meetings, do you just provide the screenshot? also how many pages of evidence did you provide? for example if have conduct over 100 interviews, do I need to screenshot all or a couple should be sufficient?

screenshots -I selected the most important ones, meetings and emails, and made a .doc with screenshots and a brief 2 sentences description for each screenshot - In total it was like 20 items per position (abroad and U.S.) plus 4-3 important decks and org charts…

btw, in the description of the screenshots I tried to use the language from the USCIS website that proves managerial function.

@green banana Did the status from USCIS website change to confirm receipt once the response was mailed? If so, how long did it take to update the status?

yes it updated to response received, it get updated on the day the mail was delivered
