@k b Are the EB-1C interviews usually easy? What exactly should I focus on when reviewing my case and preparing documents? I’m going through a difficult emotional time because of all this delay.

@Moe cc personally my interview was waived but what I have read online, Employement based interviews are fairly straightforward I believe as compared to Marriage based interviews where you need to prove it’s legit. I believe mostly they go through yes/no questions mentioned in the 485 form. my suggestion l, jus make sure you run through the 485 form that you submitted. And if you changed job make sure you have already form J supplement.

@k b I chatted with EMMA two weeks ago and they told my your case is waived but on 4 November that the update you have interview

@Moe cc They always say “at the moment interview is waived•” with a disclaimer that it can be requested as well. my suggestion is to chat with multiple live agents to get a picture of correct info. Lot of times live agents via Emma don’t get correct info and just try to push you off the chat with incorrect info.
