Congrats! How much time did your i140 take to approve?

@A A - I did premium processing. so I got I140 approved in a week.

congratulations @Prash Raj , did it move to field office or was approved from NBC?

@S B I don’t think it was moved to a field office or at least I was not aware of it was ever moved. I assumed it was at NBC all along.

Congrats! mine is similar. Ported from NIW to EB1A with PD May 2017. MSC2490428***. applied I 485 in Jan 2024, finger printed in Feb and waiting.

mine is also EB1A India ported from EB3 eith PD Dec2020, filed i485 765 and 131 in Jan 2024, biometrics in Feb but nothing approved yet. my receipt block is MSC249034*** if that matters..

@N B September 13 2019. just my two cents: I think there is too much randomness and too many moving parts to their process that makes it hard for anyone to give a straight answer. From approvals last month I thought they were working on applications with 2015/2016 priority dates and back log from retrogression last year. But this month seems like a different story.

@del Kh @raj bh how did you guys port your priority dates? i also have an appoved eb2 but i would like to port my priority date from a previously approved eb3 i-140. USCIS already sent my case to NVC.. can i still contact USCIS regarding my priority date? if so, how? thank you

@fred dantata I didn't do anything to port my PD. it was automatic when the receipt notice for eb1A approval came, it had the ported PD.

@del Kh thanks for the response. Did you indicate your initial receipt number on your EB1 I-140? I’m just wondering how USCIS got to know that they had to port..

your A number remains the same in all applications for i140. also, for the most recent i140 we submitted proofs of all prior immigration statuses.
