Sure Max. I am from India and don’t have an original birth certificate from the local government. The RFE was asking to produce the birth certificate or certificate on non availability of birth certificate from the local govt. i responded with the certificate of non availability from local govt., birth certificate from local church and two affidavits of my close relatives. Seems USCIS was happy with it.

No status change as such. but I got to know thru Emma that the medical records have been updated

I checked with Emma at which office my case was pending. Gave the NBC address for verification and Emma said Yes. Then filed to that address
