EB1-c with priority date sep 2021 India
Filed in July 2024, waiting on I-485 approval, no updates after finger prints in September. Anyone with priority date in 2021 got approved? please share your experience

PD Sept 2021 (COB- INDIA). I485 submitted on July 3rd 2024, received approval on 01/27/2025. PD was ported from NIW to Eb1b.

ok good to see a bunch here , we are the unfortunate ones who aren’t getting any approvals despite being current . My details - PD 12/22/2014. EB1C, COB India applied on 9/11/24. status in CRP at NBC since biometrics on 10/7/24.
