@G L no transfer to local FO. It was direct approval

@Good Luck @Neel A This is good! Emma said today that it must go to FO before approval. But I beleive it goes to field office if interviews are to be scheduled. In my case, interview is waived so I am hoping it will get approved as it happend to you guys
