roughly two years for I-140. Aattorney suggested not to do premium processing.. GC was approved after 1 month of I-140 approval

@s n my attorney advised us against premium processing so just went with their advice .. worth the wait.. I would say check with your attorney, also visit trackmy140.com to look at the latest trends
